Marvel Projects UK CIC holds [two] contracts with Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council under the Pathways to Work programme, covering young people not in education, employment or training, and residents of the Wales ward. We find people, build their confidence, remove the practical barriers, and stay with them into employment.
Our employer partners include Marvel ICA, Detectronic and Cura Terrae — real vacancies in the water, construction and environmental sectors, not work experience placements.
In June 2026 Sport England awarded Marvel Projects UK CIC £14,280 from the National Lottery’s Movement Fund to run family sport sessions in Kiveton Park, aimed at reaching men working in construction who are not physically active.
